Thanks to everyone who came and helped out tidy up the club hut and inventory all the kit this morning.
And as Abingdon weir’s opened up at long last it seemed rude not to have a quick blast afterwards.

Annabelle has organised a ‘Pub Paddle’ this Sunday (17th April). Starting at the club hut and finishing at the Plough in Long Wittenham.
The plan is to meet at the club hut and arrange a shuttle so that everyone is ready to leave at 10:00am (so probably be at the hut for 9:00-9:30am). A leisurely paddle should mean getting to the pub for lunch time at which point a slap up meal is in order before doing the car shuttle to get everyone back to Abingdon. What could be a more fun way to spend a Sunday?
When setting up the car shuttle, they’ve asked us to park “right at the top and past the swings” so we’re not taking up too much space in the pub car park. if you need to borrow club kit please make sure you are at the hut in plenty of time to sort out everything you need.
Any questions? In that case let Annabelle know or email me and I’ll try and help.
