A good mornings work

Thanks to everyone who came and helped out tidy up the club hut and inventory all the kit this morning.

And as Abingdon weir’s opened up at long last it seemed rude not to have a quick blast afterwards.

Blastathon

Doug sets of to make his record breaking score

Thanks to everyone who came along to support the Blastathon this year. We had a record number of entries and it was especially good to see so many members of Riverside come along to join in with KCC and Pathfinders.

The river levels were just about perfect, the revised scoring system seemed to word and the weather was great for the BBQ and award ceremony afterwards. Congratulations to everyone who took part either by competing or helping out with the organising. Well done to everyone who won a prize, Louise in the womens class, Joe in the under 18′s, and um, me who won the mens and overall!
